Cannot flash certain ROMs?

[jonathan.moran]

I rooted my phone about a month ago and had been running Amon RA's recovery.
Today I decided to try out ClockworkMod's recovery because I had heard that it will install packages without a signature.

So I flashed the latest Clockwork Recovery.
Everything went fine, but when I tried to install any new Roms such as Evil Eris 4.0, nothing happened. It just would reboot into the stock ROM.

Is there any fix for this?

Put Amon's back on. Clockwork has been responsible for several bricked Erises.
