cannot flash rom

[Android Question]

Sgh t999l through tmobile which is an s3. I have rooted phone and am running clockwork mod recovery but for some reason when I try to flash phone it starts for about 5 seconds and then stops with an error message. I'm trying to flash pac man 4.3 but have tried cm10 and beanstalk and a few others and keep running into the same problem. Please help.
