Cannot get latest X8 Update through SE?

Hello people!
I just tried to do a manual search and update through
the default X8 Settings menu and I always get an Error
about Rebooting the phone cos there s not enough memory available.

(Right now my phone uses these:
Firmware Version 2.1 Update-1
Kernel Version 2.6.29
Build Number 2.0.1.A.0.47)

What s up with that one?

I use the same version and i searched for update and it said I am using the latest version but I doubt this is the latest. Is there really an update and if yes has anyone found a way to update it?

Mine is build 2.1.1.A.0.6. and kernel version 2.6.29

Well,it seems I can update alright via USB and my PC!
Quick question: Does this update means I need to
set up the phone from scratch again? Apps,contacts etc etc.

I'm updating from non-rooted 1.6 to 2.1.1. I backed up all of my data with built-in Backup and Restore application.

Did you upgrade it through SEUS?

I use PC Companion, after watch SE video about updating X8 from Android 1.6 to 2.1
