Root Cannot get recent ota update to take

I've tried factory resetting, un-rooting, rebooting, but still can't get the ota update to correctly install. Currently have stock rom 5.9.905 and 2.3.4. Any ideas i can try to get the update to work is greatly appreciated.

follow the steps in this thread. If you want a clean slate use 6.7.246 fxz if you want to keep your data use the modified 6.7.246 fxz. With the modified you might end up needing to do a Factory Data Reset if you have issues down the road.
