Root Cannot Install Clockwork Mod

Hey guys, I was trying to install Clockwork Mod, and I've run into a problem.

Following these instructions, I got stuck at the screen with birds.
It just says "Recovery key detected

Booting recovery kernel image"

And does nothing else.
Help, please?
 
I checked my settings and it's says my Tap UI version is 1.0-2638?
Wtf, does that mean I have bootloader 1.0? How the hell do I change to 1.1 or 1.2? I can't find anything about 1.0-2638 anywhere...
 
Nevermind both of those posts. I'm just stupid.

Everything is good, and I'm running Bottle of Smoke currently, might switch to Mountain Laurel.

How did you get past here downgrading it? I am in the same situation, this flashing stuff is more complicated that flashing a phone it seems like. I am totally stuck guess I will try to downgrade via nvflash now.

please can someone help me, i have de same problem , stuck in the birds , my version de tap ui is 1.2-4349 , do i have to downgrade ? how do i do it?
 
Can someone please explain how to do this... I am a complete newbie and havent a clue as to what to do and where.... Someone please help!!!
