Root Cannot install roms

Installation aborted.

I know I have rooted the phone. But am I missing a step in between?
Please help?

You have the zipped file for the ROM on the sd card?
 
Yes I have the leedroid 2.3b Rom on it ... I have the custom recovery too... So I clear everythi.g and then choose install .zip ... Then I get that error code... Could it be because my desire is on the firmware 2.1 and not 2.2 ? Also its the us cellular desire ... idk if that makes a difference ?

Well yeah. The hardware Is different on cdma. Also there are differences in the radio and the nvram it sits in.

You can't install a gsm rom in cdma.

Cyanogen and defrost support both apparently but they are both aosp. As in, no sense
