Help Cannot Install To Default Location?

Hello,

I get the message while trying to install some apps (eg twitter app)
Error. Cannot be installed to default location.

60% of other apps download and work fine. Its not my memory I have plenty of it left.

Internal Storage
1.58GB free
USB storage12GB
No SD

Plenty of space

I'm new to Android and really have no idea what to do.

Help?!?
