Help Cannot Install "Where" app?

When I view the Android Marketplace, from my P/C (Atrix not connected), I see the "Where" app.

When I view the Android Marketplace from my Atrix and search for the "Where" app, it is not returned.

When I view the Android marketplace from my PC with the Atrix connected, I see the "Where" app, but when I try to download it, I get a message that it is blocked by my carrier (AT&T).

What's up with that?

you can try putting it in airplane mode, turn on your wifi and see if you can download it that way.

Thanks for that idea, but there must be some legitimate reason (other than to annoy me) that AT&T would be blocking this - I want to understand the reason that they would do this before I would consider trying to bybass their block.

Why would AT&T block this App?

I merely opened that app on my AT&T branded Nokia e71x (which was pre-installed), just to see what it was, and promptly closed it...somehow that simple process enrolled me into a "Where account", and I was charged ~ $3/mo. for several months.
