Help cannot login to htcsense.com on phone and on web

guys since morning I am not able to login to htcsense.com on web and on phone, its saying password is incorrect,,I even tried recovering password it says cannot retrieve security ques, what the ***

tried creating new account but it too is failing

any one able to sign into hctsense.com on web and phone and if its features are working ?

I can sign in but its not working yet for me.......hope HTC will fix this soon.try now and post your result.

i can login now finally, but no dashboard nothing woprking, anyone able to see his full dashboard pls? any tips to make it work

i am able to make location work fine on htcsense.com now, when u reresh location from htcsense.com make sure your phone's gps is on and take it outside to make a lock and then it syncs locations data to htcsense.com and finally it shows correctly on website

but cannot see any dashboard tabs on top yet..anyone got it working pls share details

I'm having exactly the same problem since yesterday - no login, no password recovery, neither from the phone nor from web. Any plausible explanation? htcsense.com web site problems? hacked accounts?

Had the same problem 20 minutes ago, says password is incorrect and retrieval doesn't work.

Hi! I had problems as well and raised an issue with HTC. This is what I got back from them -

In regards to HTC sense, I can help you with that.
Unfortunately at the moment the htcsense website is not working correctly, it is undergoing software updates. Please wait a couple of days or check from time to time.
