Root Cannot receive calls on .588 or .591

Good Friday morning!

I am having an issue with my X. I was running .588 and now on TBH .591 GB. With both I cannot receive phone calls. People say they call me 3-4 times and it rings twice then goes to voicemail. I have confirmed this with a secondary phone in 3 different locations (1 rural 2 metro). However, texts, email, voicemail are perfect. Also, I can make a call and talk for hours, but it just never rings when someone calls.

Any ideas?

Have you tried reactivating your phone? You call *something and it'll do it automatically.
