Running Droid rooted using Sapphire 1.0 Custom ROM
Long time ago i used rmapk to delete a bunch of the stock apps that I didn't use.
one of those was the geniewidget. i had no idea that is what populates weather info on a lot of other apps and widgets.
i've tried lots of methods of reinstalling and none seem to work. i always end up with the error: The application News and Weather (process com.google.android.apps.genie.geniewidget) has stopped unexpectedly.
Anyone have any idea how to get this back?
i've tried push. i've tried using root explorer. no luck getting it to work again.
