Help cannot restore from nandroid

hey guys
this morning i woke up and found updates for my app on my phone.there were about 15 and when they all started downloading and installing my phone froze so i hard reset it and now everytime it boots up is ok for about a minute but then the apps start downloading again by themselves and freezing my phone so at this stage its unusable.i have tried a lot of stuff from restoring from a nandroid backup i have made with no success, i have tried formating cache, data, system but the all come with the same problem saying read only filesystem.i even tried factory reset ,flashing the stock market app and neither of these worked.
so now im stuck with an unusable phone asking for your help.
please help me

i always have the same problem. but i have found a way to close the downlaods.
put phone in plane mode wait open notifications tab and click on downlaod they will not appear now. now put in normal mode. the downlaods will not continue. If they continue
then let the downloads be. or
try factory reset.
