As of Monday I have not been able to retrive my Verizon email from my phone. I can get to my email homepage but when I tap the "Unread Email" button it just loads a blank page. Is this a HTC problem or a Verizon one.

is this an email app? or are you just using your browser to acess email?

in your description you have two handsets that are sprint branded handsets but you use verizon mail?
if you are using both handsets,
are they both experiencing this error?
have you tried to access this from a desktop computer?
have you tried another browser?

I am only using the Evo. I can access my email from my desktop and I have used another browser such as Skyfire. No luck. I am not rooted.
