Root cannot root tried every th

So I have tried everything to root my optimus elite. From factory reset to hard reset and trying to download ministro and poot. Download fails every time. Maybe an updated version...any advice appreciated. Please help.

If you are trying to download with stock browser it prob won't. Install Opera or Dolphin from play store and try with one of those
