I have just purchased a DHD and I have set up two Activesync accounts - to two different Exchange 2003 servers. One is working find and the other account syncs all folders except one....I get the sync icon spin for about 2 mins, then says "no mail".
I have set the phone just to sync one day's mail, 50k size, no attachments.
If I create a new folder in my Outlook mailbox, and move 48 hours worth of email from the "trouble folder" this new folder syncs just fine.
The only thing that I can see *may* cause an issue is that the "trouble folder" has 21000 items in....although because I am only telling it to sync 1 day, I would not have thought this would be an issue. Conversely, the other Activesync account does happily sync a days worth of mail, and that has >6000 items in it (although obviously, I just get 1 days worth of mail synced)
I have tried removing the account and re-adding.
This is driving me nuts - any ideas ?
