Help Cannot Sync Phone with HTCSync 3.0.5511

hi everyone,

i installed 3.0.5511 HTCSync to try to solve my problem as it's the most updated version but no luck

HTCSync cannot recognize my phone and after 1 min. of connecting with usb i got two messages

- on PC "HTC synch port of Desire HD is not responding ... "

- on phone "Finding htc sync on your pc ..." then "Unable to find HTC Sync on your PC ... "

anyone can suggest

Are you selecting the Sync Option or is it defaulting to Mounting as a Disk Drive?
