Cannot thether to XP computer

I was playing with trying to get my computer to tether to the phone. It came up with a New hardware dialog and I guess I hit cancel at the time. I have since looked up how to do it and I got the .inf file but Windows is no longer trying to install whatever it was trying to install.

Any ideas what I can do to make this work?
