Help Cannot use data services while making phone call

Hi, I'm using an LG venice, since 1 month ago, on the first 2 weeks I was able to use data connection at the same time I was talking by the phone but after two weeks I'm not able to do it anymore// called LG and boost mobile and not solution yet... any idea?

Only 4g phones are able to simultaneously use voice and data or if you are connected to wifi while on call can u use data or if you gave a gsm phone the venuce is a 3g phone once you initiate a call 3g goes away
