I downloaded the Cannon Easy Photo Print app and am having trouble with it. Anyone have any information on this? I got it to work once, but now it says my printer is off line when it is not. I have a Canon 870.

I had problems with this as well, but after loading photo paper in the printer and making sure wifi was turned on it worked fine. Not sure, but I think it was the photo paper that fixed it. Good Luck.
