Help Can't accept calls by dragging screen down

I have a HTC Wildfire which has been working fine since I got it in Jan 11, however lately every time l get a an incoming call I am unable to drag the screen down to accept the call. This has happened on many occasions now, probably the last 20 calls I have received. It is very annoying as I end up having to call the person back, that's if I am fortunate enough to know who it is. Can anyone help me???

I've been having the exact same problem, It isn't fixed for me yet either so would like to know what this is exactly. Cause now i don't know how to accept the call have to just ignore it and call back after... verry frustrating
