Can't access adobe website, making me want to throw my phone!

I'm trying to install adobe flash, since suddenly no videos are working for me online, they all just have the flash symbol. But when I try to use the official site, there is a full screen pop up that will not go away, no matter how much I tap the x. I have ad block plus with no ads checked and still can't get in. Can anyone help me? Is there another secure place I can download flash?

Now I can't go into the play store, it says no connection. Every once in a while it does this to me, and I can never figure out what's going on. It's also got a blue color scheme when it does this, instead of the normal.. Green, is it? Eventuality Google play will start working for me again, and then the normal colors will be back. So confusing... @_@

Nope, that didn't help.. This is so lame. This is the fourth or fifth time this has happened in the last few months.. With different ROMs, too, so I doubt that has anything to do with it

No safe mode. I've tried power reset. I think the last time this happened it stayed that way until I ended up flashing a new ROM anyway. I hope I don't have to reflash, but it's still not working so I may have to...

I forgot that when Google play store breaks, so does the rest of Google services. I'm so sick of dealing with this. I'm thinking about uninstalling all Google apps and going with an alternate app market. Does anyone have experience with a legitimate third party app market?

Even though this has happened on different ROMs? Rooted zv4, stock walk and now cm11. Maybe it's the phone itself? This is the third volt I've had, first two started having hardware/software failure almost out of the box..

Seriously... The next time I have to buy a new phone, I'm going flagship..

Found my needed version and side loaded it, but no improvement
