Help Can't access drives via USB in Windows Explorer after possible brick/softbrick

I was recharging the battery on my Galaxy S II on Saturday evening when it suddenly started to continually reboot itself every couple of minutes or so.

By the time I finally went to check the phone, I found that the phone was giving me a "System UIDs Inconsistent" message and when I tried to follow the instructions to Force Close the phone, it wouldn't let me.

To make matters worse, I had installed on my phone, Titanium Pro Backup and I was planning on doing regular backups but for some reason I was having difficulty upgrading it to the Pro version.

At the moment, I'm not sure if I've bricked or softbricked it or not.

I can get the two partitions on the phone to show up in Windows Explorer, but I can't get access to them even though they're showing up without a problem.

I don't want to have to delete the partitions to reinstall everything as I have a lot of downloads that I want to keep plus MP3's as well that I downloaded via my phone.

Is there anyway that this problem can be fixed so that I (and any others with a similar problem) can get access to the data partitions on their phones once more?

I realize this probably isn't what you want to hear, but I'd suggest a hard reset.
