Help can't access SD card

I would like to copy some files directly to my incredible 2.
1)I connected it via usb to my windows XP machine.
2)I selected Disk Drive mode for connection type

When I look on my computer I see a new drive titled "Verizon Mobile"

However when I try to copy a file to it I get:
"Files on this CD-ROM are read only."

Also, I don't seem to see the file structure correctly. I see two directories:
drv and img


What am I doing wrong? Do I need some special drivers?

there should be another drive coming up. you cant do anything with the "verizon mobile" drive. there should be another drive that pops up called like external storage, something along those lines, just like a usb drive.

If the VZ box pops up close that one out. There should be a second box pop up for the SD Card.
