Help Can't add new contacts

Hi everyone,

I got the lg optimus gt450 for Christmas. I'm pleased with it apart from the fact that I can't add new contacts. When I go into contacts it doesn't give me the option to add a new contact. I'm confused because my partner has the same phone and he is able to do this without a problem. Can anyone help me please as it is driving me crazy.

Go to Contacts.. Then press the Options button (Over the 'Answer' button) A menu will pop-up & you should see a option ''New Contact''....
