Root Can't Boot From SD Card

Hey all, my NC won't boot from the SD card. I installed CWM on the SD card, and the nook continues to boot into cyanogen. The card is recognizable by the nook. Please help!

More info is needed. How did you install CWM? What guides did you follow? Is cyanogen flashed to emmc? There is no such thing as to much info when solving a problem.

I installed clockwork mod using terminal, Cyanogen is flashed to emmc

Just putting CWM on an SD card isn't enough. Check the sticky at the top of the root section and follow what it says about making a bootable SD card.
