Root Can't boot into download mode anymore

I was trying to reflash a nandroid backup on my phone so I could send it to VM. I was previously running cm9 so I went into cwm, cleared the cache and did a data wipe, then tried to flash this MT_stock_recovery which says it's a flashable stock recovery. It said flash complete so I rebooted the phone but for some reason it booted cm9 so I tried to go back to cwm but now it just shows the Android icon with an exclamation point in a triangle next to it. I was hoping someone could help me to get cmw to load up again.

Edit: Just realized I messed up the title. I can get into download mode, my computer just doesn't recognize the phone when I connect it which means I can't just reinstall CWM.

I think theres a way to mount the partition that has the recovery.img in it using termimal but i dont remember how to do it.

It's called MT_STOCK_RECOVERY because it puts your phone back to stock, stock recovery included. You'll have to put your custom recovery back on it.

Boot to bootloader mode, plug in to computers usb, copy the recovery.img file only to the Image folder on the Mobile drive. Pull battery to exit bootloader mode.
I would recommend cwm 5.0.2.6 or 5.0.2.7. Any off them should work though. If its a flashable zip, you'll have to unzip it to get the recovery.img file out.

If you don't have access to a computer, go here:

You know, I've had problems getting that particular ROM to work too. Usually boot loop.

If you just want a stock Rom, reinstall cwm and try this one http://androidforums.com/triumph-all-things-root/413093-rom-bone-stock-stock-deodex-roms-triumph-now-resets-splash-img.html I have had good luck with it. Which ever one you pick, when going back to stock from CM9, don't forget to format system too.

Also, don't worry about sending the phone back with a custom Rom on it. They don't care or even check apparently. they wipe it before they do anything.

Thanks, I'll give that a try.
