Help Can't boot into Safestrap

I'm new to Note 3 and have root, but when I install safestrap, it will not give me the option upon booting to go in. The first thing that appears is a lock, which is open, and the word custom underneath. It then goes into the normal boot process.

When I go into safestrap, it says "State: Installed" and "Safe System: Not Active"

Any ideas on what I have done wrong here and how to fix the problem?

Hello and welcome to the forums. Sounds like you have the wrong safestrap app or you didn't have root access which safestap did you install

Well, I went through the same process a second time with the same results. Don't know what's happening, had no problems with my Razr. Oh well, maybe I'll try it again later on.
