Help Can't browse in debug mode

Using Win 7 x64 (tried 2 different PCs), when I enable USB Debug mode on my Galaxy 2, two drives show up when I plug the phone in, but I can't open them (just the normal Windows 'please insert disc' error). Is that normal? Do I need drivers installed?

Pull down your notification bar, press "USB connected" then press "Connect USB storage"

Do the same and choose "Disconnect" when you want to disconnect.
