Can't connect to camera

Do you have a flashlight app installed? If you do and it's taking over the camera (which it needs to do to turn on the flash LED) then no other app can use the camera until the flashlight app releases the hardware.

is your phone rooted in any way? if so i can give you a copy of my camera app from my phone. just have titanium backup installed and put it in the titanium backup folder
 
phone must be rooted second you can dee what programs are installed. third see if your camera is installed. if not then i can give you a copy of my hydro's camera
