Help Can't connect to pc

I installed the VZAccess Manager to my computer, but when I click "detect device", it won't detect the Incredible. Even when the option selected for device detection is "smartphone".

Also, Windows can't find the ADB driver software for the phone when I plug it in via USB.

How do I connect it to my PC then? Or where can I manually download the driver?

Thanks :)

You need to make sure that in the phones connection settings "USB Debugging" is checked.

Also, when you plug it in and the "connection type" window opens on your phone, check "disk drive"

On mine, Windows just used the "mass storage device drivers" like it was a thumb or flash drive"

Where is the USB debugging option on the phone? I did the "disk drive" thing...

"Settings" then "Applications" then "Development"

EDIT: OK, you found it. I have to run out a while, hopefully someone else will jump in to help. If not, I'll be back later. Good Luck!

I got it to work, and I was easily able to add new music into my MP3 folder.

But where are the other folders, like the Ringtone one that I can access while using Ringdroid?

Ringtones can be pulled from any folder like MP3s, etc.

So if you want to centralize them, just create a folder called "Ringtones" and move whatever you want into it, then point "Ringdroid" to that folder.
