Root Can't connect to Wi-Fi

For a long time, even after rooting and flashing, Wi-Fi connected with no problems. For the past week or two, it shows as connected, but displaying white bars instead of green. Other than that, it's not connecting fully and I can't get data over Wi-Fi. I tried a fixer app but it didn't do the trick. Anyone have any suggestions?

Nothing to do with router. Can't get Wi-Fi signal from anywhere, whether it be at home or on a strong public network. It's the phone.

Have you tried Downloading and installing a fresh ROM and Gapp's? Make sure you check the MD5 sum of the downloads with the one's in the Dev's thread.
