Can't Create FB for HTC Sense Account

Since FB refuses to sync with my contacts, I deleted my FB for HTC Sense account and tried to create a new one. All afternoon yesterday and now this morning I got the message: "Service Unavailable at this time." What's going on?

It's a HTC/Facebook issue. From what I understand they are working on it. Last week a bad USB port had me exchanging for a new Hero. Went right home, rooted and flashed NfiniteFXdeoxed stock and noticed it wouldn't sync. I thought it was the ROM and tried flashing back to stock. It still didn't work. I saw a post on the xda thread that explained it. It's not just a Hero problem, It's a global problem for Androids with HTC sense. The regular FB app still works, BTW.

Try this:

GO TO - ACCT SETTING - > SECURITY -> LOGIN APPROVALS

Turn Login Approvals OFF
