Root Can't create Nand backup

Well, at least you're doing things correctly :). Let me see if I can figure out what that process is. Maybe someone else has seen this before.

Haha, I'm always happy to help. I think you'll find that you'll learn all this stuff quickly. It all just changes so fast that you really have to keep up with it.
 
OK, here's another question. Now that I have my Clockworkmod done, is that considered a nandroid backup in case I decide to flash a ROM and mess something up?

It is indeed. Make sure it's there by going to /sdcard/clockwork/. You should see a directory named by the date/time GMT that you created it. As long as it said successful, you should be good. Still, now that you're rooted, backup all your apps/app data and settings (if you want) using titanium backup. Just in case something goes wrong with a nandroid backup, you'll want that.
