Help Can't delete Auto Backup images

Wasn't expecting any Auto Backup images in my Gallery after
snapping a couple of lame photos. Haven't been able to delete
them which is driving me bonkers. Anyone got a clue to spare?

Given your phone is actually rooted use any form or root/file browser go into DCIM/Camera and delete them
