Help Cant delete files since 2.3.3 gingerbread update

One of many problems I'm having since the update of 2.3.3 is that I can't delete files anymore in my adao file manager. When I try to delete files from the download directory for example it says "insufficient permission" obviously there is a setting somewhere that has to be changed but I can't find anything PLEASE HELP

Have you tried uninstalling adao file manager and reinstalling since you've updated.
