Help Can't delete photos

When I try to delete photos in the gallery I hit "delete" and it says "no photos seleted" when I select some photos the delete option disappears and "share" & "more" show up. If I select "more" only a details tab shows. This is a LG G2x running gingerbread 2.3.3

After you select them you have to press the Options button (left from the home button), then the delete button shows up.

did you ever find the answer to your problem? i have the same problem with my G2X and i cant find a solution it just wont let me delete those albums
