It says "Cannot delete adb.exe: Access is denied". I want to delete it so i can do a fresh install since my adb drivers are no longer working for my phone. Any advice?
You can try to fix it using safe mode.Press F8 while starting windows.Also you try to change permission.Go to folder option then view then uncheck use sharing wizard.Now go to properties of the file then security then edit all user and check allow.
