Help Can't disable "USB debugging" mode on SGS2

Dear members,

FYI: My phone is rooted.

I can't disable USB debugging mode.
When trying, the phone says: USB is connected. Remove the cable.

But there isn't any cable connected.

Can someone please help me?

restart your phone and try the option again. If that doesn't work just backup everything and restore your phone as new.

Just to let you know it wasn't solved after regular restart.

The good news is: it suddently worked without any thing I did.
