Help Can't DL/UL MMS via LTE, CDMA works

As stated above, I am unable to send or recieve MMS messages when connected via LTE. MMS applications try to send messages until they time out, while incoming messages simply keep saying I need to download them. Clicking download does not work, as downloads too eventually time out. Connecting to a CDMA based network will allow me to send and receive MMS messages, and thus I have isolated it to the LTE network across my area. I have tried resetting the phone, changing APN settings, and updating both the profile and PRL to no effect. Any solutions?

You shouldn't be messing with APN settings to start with. It could be a network issue in your area. Have you had LTE before?

I have a similar problem, except updating the prl/profile fixes the problem until I restart. I think the solution for us would be to have boost/VM reactivate our phones.
