Help Can't dowload latest update - File corrupted

[bellshom]

Hello,

Currently have been trying to download the latest update for htc desire hd, current version is 2.2. The download finishes but it then it says the file is corrupted.

I performed a factory reset and it still didn't work, I have searched around but couldn't find a solution to my problem.

Anyone have any ideas.

Thanks

My phone also isn't rooted.

possibly a bad sd card? Are you downloading with wifi or mobile?

Downloading with mobile, I was thinking of trying it with the wifi but can't see why it would make a difference unless someone can tell me otherwise.

Well if you can try it with wifi I would do that.

Tried it with wifi, downloaded fine, problem solved. Thank you
