Help Cant download apps through play store

Hey Guys

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1.
All of a sudden I cant download apps from the Google Play store.
I have reset to factory settings three times and no joy.

Hmm, a similar error was reported last year for some folks:

It seems that it might be a problem on Google's end...not sure what phone number you'd use to call them, though...

-Go to Settings->Applications->Manage Applications->All
-Select "Clear Data" for Google Play Services and Google Service Framework
-Reboot the device

First go to settings and disable android device manager, then uninstall updates in Google play services, in chrome>Google>type "Google play services update" search>tap in play store emblem>Google play store>update Google play services. Finally open play store.
