I'm having difficulty downloading some paid apps. My credit card information should be correct because I just bought the paid version of ROM Manager. Then I realized that I can only download apps that have American currency. All others freeze in the authorization stage.
Are you using an Amex card by chance? The market won't let me purchase anything in foreign currencies with my Amex card so I set up a Visa card to use for these purchases.
