Trying to wipe my phone and running into an issue. When I go through the process my internal SD card unmounts and the phone doesn't wipe. When I click it again I get a message saying "SD Card unmounted." Any idea fellas?
If you are trying to Factory Reset the phone, meaning place the phone in the state it was when new. You have to go to menu> settings> Privacy> factory data reset.
