Root can't flash any roms

have used 1click indulge root/cwm and have got root,but when i boot into recovery,i get a little android guy with a yellow triangle around him,and a message that files could not be read

If at first you don't succeed, try , try again?

Also, what ROM are you trying to install?
and did you try to take shortcuts with the steps required to install CWM and/or the ROM ofyour choice.
There are only two official ROMs for the indulge at the moment, by the way, not counting the original factory one. Those two would be: Exodus and Basix.
If you are installing any other ROM on your indulge, well, good luck with that.

i followed the instructions exactly,and am trying to use basix,-my problem is that i can't seem to get cwm to boot correctly. all that comes up is android rsystem recovery

samsung recovery utils
-for BML-


at the bottom of the screen i get

install from package
finding update package
opening update package
verifying update package

E:failed to verify whole-file signature
E:signature verification failed installation aborted

If you get to the Samsung recovery screen, then CWM was not installed correctly. Ensure the proper drivers are installed rom your PC and then try again, an report any error the AIO script returns. That should help us diagnose the problem...

I tried to reinstall a bunch of times-no joy.Had an older laptop with xp on it--worked the first time.So maybe there's a problem with 64-ran it both in compatibility mode and as administrator-no go. am running basix,but my 4g cuts out after a few minutes-have to reboot to get it back-any ideas?

I don't know about win7 and the AIO, I used Linux to do mine...
As far as 4G and the Basix ROM, these issues should be unrelated. Try the fixes suggested in the "My Data is Broken" thread and see if that helps... :-/

Thanks for the linux tip-installed perfectly.One thing to pass on-apparently metro knows about the issue with 64 bit windows.I was informed that if I go to a metro store they will give me a cd with updated drivers.They do not have either a faq or a download link for this stuff-go metro.
