Root Can't flash InsertCoin Gingerbread

I really thought I knew what I was doing, jumping around ROMS all the time, but this has me stumped.

[ROM][19/04][Sense2.1 GingerBread]InsertCoin CM7/A2SD+ v03 |Cam working|TV animations - xda-developers

I used one of his "Tools for EXT FS Conversions" to ensure that I had the right ext. partition.

I flashed Clockworkmod Recovery 3.0.0.5 (Using a flashable .zip) and it worked (Although it seems that when ever I reboot it goes back to the old Clockworkmod Recovery and I have to re-flash.... Strange.).

I did all the normal stuff (Wipe, etc...).

What have I (Or could I have) done wrong?

Did you use the A2SD+ version or the CM7 version?

I tried both

You need Data ++ for the CM7 version.

Flashed it yesterday by doing this:

Factory reset, clear partition, clear Davlik and it worked.

Found it to be not so great and went back to my old rom.
