Root Cant flash into recovery

i have the FlyX With Tranquility and since i loaded tranquility i cant boot into clockwork. the phone gets stuck at the M symbol and when i try to flash into regular recovery, a loading bar comes up and the whole phone reboots help please :)
EDIT: NVM i just went ahead and flashed Sbf
