Root can't get apps2SD working completely

I'm running succulent desire 7.0 simply black on my droid with chevys 1.2 kernel, and under manage applications I don't have the option to move all apps to the sd card. Only a select few are moveable. My sd card is partitioned also. How can I get the option to store all the apps on sd. I remember seeing a way on terminal emulator, but I forget the code/steps. Any ideas?

diff phone but if u read everything you should be able to get it to work

Where can I d/l an apps2sd zip? That thread doesn't look like it applies the same..

Also I don't want to just move all apps in one step, I just want the option to move each individual app to the SD card or back to internal.
