Help Can't get it to work with bluetooth headset

I can't get my Huawei Ascend G300 to work with my Bluetooth headset. I can get the phone to discover and pair with the headset, and to connect to it. But if a call comes in, when I press the button on the headset it does not answer the call. If I slide the "answer" button on the phone screen to answer the call, then I can hear the person at the other end. They can also hear me, but only very faintly. But this is no real use in the car - I need to be able to answer a call by pressing the button. Also can I make a call by pressing the button - either to my favourite number, or to a number that I have previously set up in some way?

Another problem - if the headset is currently connected to the phone, but then I receive a Skype call on my PC, how can I very quickly disconnect the headset from the phone and connect it to the PC and answer the Skype call? This needs to be done very quickly with only one or two button presses/clicks, or the person who is calling me will have rung off. Ideally I would like the phone, the PC and anything else I'm connected to to disconnect automatically at the end of each call and to connect automatically as soon as a call comes in. This would give an automatic ability to answer calls from several different sources (e.g. mobile phone, Skype, Lync, desk phone) just by pressing the button on the headset. Is anything like this possible?

Thanks - Rowan
