Root Can't get phone to work

I installed the Mui rom and now i can't restore back to my old rom or install new one because


I get this error E:can't mount /dev/block/mmcblk0 also can't mount sd card

wtf do i do because this rom is good but i can't get contacts to work so i wanna go back to what i had before

So let me just ask the question, did you do a backup before you flash MUI? Or is it the fact that you cant get to Recovery?

i backed my file before i did like i normally did , and it won't let me restore , but for some reason i tryed deleting the catch and installed a update that work .. my contacts are working now
So imma see if what i did work to go back to bugless
