Help can't get the flash player to work

I tried to download the flash player but I got this error : Sorry Adobe

After dl Adobe Flash Player 11.1.102; mine is working fine to watch video and play game in the WEB page. try to find the lastest version in the Market or other effective place.

or try to switch to use other browser instead of stock one.
